Breaking ground in this financial climate with projects is extremely difficult. We at Westport Management
& Financial are determined to help build a relationship that will benefit all involved. We handle the smallest to very
largest projects.
We offer on the domestic side, short and long term financing. Our minimum
is $250,000 and our maximum is $100,000,000. Any amount over 100 Million is on a case by case basis.
On the international front, we lend 50% of the estimated completed project. One to five years financing is available
and no pre payment penalty. Our international financing is geared towards financing the ground break and working with you
until completion. In normal circumstances these projects after completion are in the position to seek and obtain long term
financing. We are a solution to getting your projects off the ground and finalized.
