At Westport Financial we have taken on the concept to actually show the client that we are willing to review the project,
make an assessment and move quickly towards obtaining an Interest in the project. Today with the economic climate
the client needs to be assured the Project has a direction. Our scope has expanded beyond the U.S. and
Canada to include Europe, the Caribbean, Central and South America and beyond. Another point we would like to make is that we are looking for long
term relationships and not just looking to close just one project. Our agressive movement to convince Investors-Lenders
comes with much work and research prior to presenting your project. The key to our success is that we have surrounded ourselves
with People who understand the business and the clients concerns. The combination of showing a client that we are willing
to wait for an LOI/ Term Sheet and willing to research the file and prepare it for a presentation speaks volumes.
